Product Description

1.   Trehalose is a non reducing disaccharide formed by two glucose molecules   connected by α, α -1,1 bonds. It is a safe and reliable natural sugar with   excellent properties of maintaining cell viability and biomacromolecule   activity. It is known as the "sugar of life" in the scientific   community. The sweetness is 45% of that of sugar, with a moderate sweetness.  
2. It can be used as a unique food ingredient to prevent food   deterioration, inhibit nutrient spoilage, maintain fresh flavor, and improve   food quality. This greatly expands the function of trehalose as a natural   edible sweet sugar.
3. It is still an important ingredient for maintaining cell activity and   moisturizing cosmetics, and has obtained the GRAS (Generally Recognized as   Safe) certification in the United States.    


Application

1. Bakery Products
