Product Description

Textured Soya Protein is a soya protein produced from the  NON-GMO raw material as ideal food ingredient of high protein. It has  excellent characteristic of fiber texture and high ability to bind juiciness,  such as water and vegetable oil.Textured soy protein is used mainly in kinds  of meat products and maigre products, such as dumpling, bun, ball, and ham.    


Application

1. Meat Analogs: TSP is widely used as a key ingredient in producing meat substitutes or analogs. It can mimic the texture   and flavor of ground beef, chicken, pork, or shrimp, making it suitable for   use in vegetarian or vegan meals such as tacos, spaghetti, chili, and   stir-fries.
2. Extenders and Fillers: In processed meat products like burgers and   sausages, TSP can be added as a filler to extend the product and reduce cost   while adding nutritional value through its high protein content.
