Product Description

ε-polylysine   is a L-lysine polymer which is produced by fermentation with Streptomyces   albulus and purified through ion exchange chromatography process. It is a   natural food preservative with a broad antimicrobial spectrum. It can inhibit   the growth of Gram(+) and Gram(-) bacteria, yeast, mold, and even virus    

Application

1. ε - Polylysine is widely used in food and   beverages, such as cakes, pastries, fast food, butter, salad dressings,   beverages, alcoholic beverages, meat products, canned food, etc.
2. The usage of different types of food in countries can refer to:
    Baked food 0.15g/kg
    Cooked meat products 0.25g/kg
    Fruit and vegetable juice 0.20g/l
