Product Description

1. Soy Lecithin is a wonderful ingredient to add to your culinary and body care  recipes.  It contains many beneficial  properties, and is used as an emulsifier, thickener, stabilizer, mild  preservative, moisturizer, and emollient.   Lecithin can be utilized in almost any recipe, and is commonly found  in both food and cosmetic products.   

2. Cosmetically, it may be added to moisturizers, makeup, shampoos,  conditioners, body washes, lip balms, and many other products.  It is a great alternative to other  emulsifying and stabilizing agents, some of which are derived from  petrochemical sources.  

3. For food use,  lecithin is often found in chocolate, baked goods, salad dressing, and many  other prepared foods.    


Application

1. Emulsifier. It helps to blend oil and   water-based ingredients, preventing separation and ensuring a uniform   consistency in products like salad dressings, mayonnaise, and margarine. This   makes soy lecithin critical for creating and maintaining the desired texture   in many processed foods.
2. As a release agent in baking. It prevents sticky foods like pastries,   cakes, and breads from adhering to baking pans or machinery, thereby   improving product quality and reducing waste.
3. As an anti-spattering agent in cooking oils and frying fats. It reduces   foaming and splattering during cooking, making the process cleaner and safer   for consumers.
4. As a nutritional supplement due to its health benefits. It is rich in   choline, a vital nutrient for brain function and cellular integrity, and is   added to various health foods and supplements to boost their nutritional   value.
